Electric Start Lawn Mower Battery

Lawn mowers are not stored in climate-controlled environments. They sit in sheds through summer heat and winter cold, and they need to start reliably every time-no excuses.

This electric start lawn mower battery is designed for stable performance across extreme temperatures. The operating range is -20℃ to 50℃. The nominal voltage is 18.5V, and the capacity is 5200mAh-enough for a typical residential lawn. The cycle life reaches 800 cycles.

We started manufacturing batteries in 2014. Today, our Zhuhai factory covers 14,000 square meters with 230 employees across production and engineering.

Our R&D team previously developed battery cells for Siemens and Panasonic-companies known for strict quality standards. That experience directly influences how we design batteries for outdoor and power equipment.

Lawn mowers operate in challenging conditions such as vibration, moisture, dust, and grass debris. To ensure reliability, this battery includes four layers of protection: over-charge, over-discharge, over-current, and short circuit protection.

Need a different connector or capacity? No problem. We support both OEM and ODM customization.

The minimum order quantity for consumer batteries is 5,000 pieces. For power batteries, the minimum order is 100 sets.

Every unit is fully tested before shipment.

Consumer batteries include a 12-month warranty. Power batteries include a 36-month warranty.

Free samples are available for consumer applications. Power battery samples may incur a cost, which can be credited toward future bulk orders.

Product development takes 25–35 days for consumer models and 35–60 days for power systems. We provide daily production updates with photos.
