Passenger Three Wheeler Battery

A passenger tricycle is different from a cargo tricycle. Cargo moves goods, while passengers carry people. People require higher safety standards, which is why we designed this passenger three-wheeler battery with multiple safety features. Cycle life exceeds 3200 cycles for LiFePO4 cells. Continuous discharge is 1.2C and peak discharge is 2.5C, providing smooth starts without sudden jerks.

Our factory, established in 2014, has 12 years of experience, 14,000 square meters of workshop space, and 230 employees. Our in-house R&D team has developed batteries for Siemens and Panasonic, learning from their stringent safety standards.

This battery is available in 48V, 60V, and 72V, with capacities ranging from 35Ah to 80Ah. Operating temperature spans -18℃ to 55℃, allowing reliable starts even in extreme cold. The pack features an anti-shock design, keeping it secure on bumpy roads. Key features include strong power and heavy-load capacity.

We support OEM and ODM orders. You can choose LiFePO4, NMC, or sodium cells, and customize size and connectors. Minimum order is 100 sets. Each pack undergoes full inspection and aging tests before shipping. All units come with a 36-month warranty.
