An underwater robot operates in deep and complex water environments where standard batteries cannot survive. This underwater robot battery is fully sealed and designed for submerged operation with IP68 protection. It is available in 24V, 36V, and 48V versions, with capacity ranging from 40Ah to 160Ah. Continuous discharge is 0.9C, with peak discharge up to 2C. Cycle life exceeds 3400 cycles, ensuring long-term reliability in marine applications. Our company was established in 2014, with 12 years of manufacturing experience. We operate a 14,000 square meter factory with 230 employees. Our in-house R&D team has worked with Siemens and Panasonic, giving us strong expertise in high-reliability battery systems.

This underwater robot battery is designed for extreme underwater conditions, with an operating temperature range from -22℃ to 60℃. It features full sealing, waterproofing, pressure resistance, and anti-corrosion treatment to ensure stable performance in both shallow and deep-water environments. The enclosure and internal structure can be customized based on robot design requirements, including size, shape, and connectors. OEM and ODM services are supported. Minimum order quantity is 100 sets. Each unit undergoes 100% inspection and aging tests before shipment. Warranty is 36 months, with dedicated after-sales support available.
