Bluetooth headsets and earbuds are becoming smaller every year. That means the battery must also shrink without losing stability or runtime. This Bluetooth device battery is designed for ultra-compact wearable audio products while keeping long life and safe performance.

It delivers 80mAh capacity in a very small form factor. The nominal voltage is 3.7V. Even with its tiny size, it supports up to 800 charge cycles, giving years of daily listening use. Operating temperature ranges from -10℃ to 50℃, making it suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.

Our company started battery manufacturing in 2014. Our Zhuhai factory covers 14,000 square meters and employs 230 workers. The in-house engineering team previously developed batteries for Siemens and Panasonic, where high standards for miniaturization and reliability were required.

This Bluetooth device battery integrates four protection systems:
Over-charge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, and short-circuit protection.

Packing full protection into such a small battery requires precise structural design and strict quality control. Each unit is tested before shipment to ensure stable output and safe use in wearable devices.

The 80mAh capacity is optimized for low-power Bluetooth earbuds, allowing multiple hours of daily use over long periods without frequent replacement or degradation.

We support OEM and ODM customization, including capacity adjustment, size tuning, connector design, and structural integration. Minimum order quantity for consumer batteries is 5000 pieces. Each unit undergoes 100% inspection before packing. Warranty period is 12 months, with dedicated after-sales support.
