Warehouse scanners work continuously throughout the day. Employees scan thousands of barcodes during every shift. If the battery runs out early, warehouse efficiency drops immediately. This handheld scanner battery is designed with high capacity and stable output to support long working hours without interruption.

The battery provides 4000mAh capacity with a nominal voltage of 3.7V. One full charge is enough for a complete workday under heavy scanning conditions. Cycle life reaches 500 charge cycles, offering reliable long-term performance. Operating temperature ranges from -20℃ to 50℃, making it suitable for warehouses, logistics centers, and cold storage environments.

Our company began battery manufacturing in 2014. Today, our Zhuhai factory covers 14,000 square meters with 230 employees. Our engineering team previously developed battery products for Siemens and Panasonic, where durability and quality consistency were critical requirements.

The battery integrates four protection systems:
over-charge protection, over-discharge protection, over-current protection, and short-circuit protection.

Compared with many standard scanner batteries, the 4000mAh high-capacity design provides longer runtime and reduces charging frequency during busy operations. The low-temperature operating capability allows stable performance even inside refrigerated warehouses and cold-chain logistics facilities.

We support OEM and ODM customization, including battery dimensions, connector types, cable layouts, and label printing. Minimum order quantity for consumer batteries is 5000 pieces. Every battery pack undergoes 100% inspection and testing before shipment. Warranty period is 12 months, supported by a dedicated after-sales service team.
