Smart Band Battery

Smart bands are designed to stay thin and lightweight on the wrist. A bulky battery can ruin the entire design. This smart band battery packs 500mAh of capacity into a very compact size. The nominal voltage is 3.7V. One full charge can power the band for about a week. The cycle life reaches 800 cycles. The discharge temperature range is -20℃ to 50℃.

We opened our battery factory in 2014, giving us 12 years of continuous manufacturing experience. Our Zhuhai plant covers 14,000 square meters. Two hundred thirty employees keep our production lines running efficiently. Our engineering team previously developed phone batteries for Siemens and Panasonic. Working with those brands taught us how to manufacture compact battery cells with reliable performance.

This smart band battery operates in temperatures as low as -20℃. Wearing your smart band outdoors during freezing weather will not easily affect battery performance.

The 500mAh capacity is quite large for a smart band battery. Under normal usage conditions, one charge can realistically last about a week.

We built four layers of safety protection into this compact battery, including protection against overcharging, over-discharging, over-current, and short circuits.
