Stand-up forklifts operate in confined spaces, so the battery must be compact yet powerful. This forklift battery pack is precisely engineered for size control, with capacities ranging from 60Ah to 200Ah-enough power without taking up too much space. Continuous discharge is 0.9C, and peak discharge is 2C, providing fast, reliable starts. Cycle life exceeds 3300 cycles, ensuring long-term operation.

Our factory in Zhuhai has 12 years of battery experience. We operate 14,000 square meters with 230 employees. Our in-house R&D team has developed phone batteries for Siemens and Panasonic, learning strict quality control: prevent problems before they happen, control every step, and inspect at the end.

This battery pack is available in 36V, 48V, and 60V. Operating temperature ranges from -15℃ to 55℃. Key features include small size, fast charge and discharge, and lightweight design-ideal for stand-up forklift operation.

We support OEM and ODM. You can customize LiFePO4, NMC, or sodium cells, along with size, connectors, and wire outlets. Minimum order is 100 sets. Each pack undergoes 100% inspection and aging tests before shipment. A dedicated after-sales contact is available to assist you. Warranty is 36 months.
