This electric forklift battery pack provides large capacity ranging from 80Ah to 300Ah-enough to power a full day of operation. Continuous discharge is 1C, with peak discharge up to 2.2C, ensuring strong starts and stable lifting. Cycle life exceeds 3600 cycles for LiFePO4 cells, delivering years of reliable performance.
Our factory in Zhuhai has been producing batteries since 2014, with 12 years of experience. We operate 14,000 square meters of workshop space with 230 employees. Our in-house R&D team has developed phone batteries for Siemens and Panasonic, following stringent audit standards.
Durable and Stable Design
This battery pack is available in 48V, 60V, and 80V, with a working temperature range of -18℃ to 55℃. It features strong power, long runtime, and an anti-shock design. Even during constant forklift operation, the battery remains secure and stable.
We support OEM and ODM. You can choose LiFePO4, NMC, or sodium cells and customize voltage, capacity, size, and connectors. Minimum order is 100 sets. Every pack undergoes 100% inspection and aging tests before shipping. All units come with a 36-month warranty.

If the shipment is damaged, take an unboxing video immediately and do not sign. Contact us, and we will arrange a replacement. We handle claims with the shipping company, ensuring you do not lose money. Undamaged units go to storage; damaged units are our responsibility.
Payment & Packaging
Trade terms: EXW or FOB. Payment: 50% deposit, 50% before shipment. Packaging: light goods in cartons with moisture-proof bags; heavy goods in wooden cases. Discounts are available for large orders. Accepted currencies: USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, CNY, AUD, JPY.
