CE certification primarily focuses on a battery's compliance with standards regarding electrical safety, health, and environmental protection, whereas FCC certification focuses specifically on assessing electromagnetic interference to ensure the device does not adversely affect other electronic systems.

 

Within the domestic market, national standards-such as GB/T 18287-are also commonly encountered. This standard establishes safety and performance requirements specifically for portable lithium-ion batteries, covering criteria such as cycle life, overcharge protection, and short-circuit testing. Batteries that comply with this standard are generally deemed to possess fundamental safeguards for safe operation.

 

Furthermore, high-end drone batteries may also comply with U.S. UL safety standards, such as UL 2054 or UL 1642. These types of certifications impose more stringent requirements regarding a battery's structural integrity, thermal stability, and reliability under extreme operating conditions.

 

Overall, the certification framework for drone batteries encompasses multiple dimensions, including transportation, safety, electromagnetic compatibility, and performance standards. Only batteries that have successfully obtained multiple certifications can gain widespread acceptance in commercial applications and ensure safe, stable operation during flight.
