In addition to voltage, electric two-wheeler batteries are also differentiated by their capacity-measured in Amp-hours (Ah)-with common examples including 20Ah, 32Ah, and 45Ah. Generally, a higher capacity translates to a longer vehicle range; however, this also results in increased battery weight and cost. The two main types of batteries currently dominating the market are lead-acid batteries and lithium-ion batteries.
